This is an email-based signup sheet. Select your flight, first choice boat, second choice boat, enter your name and email at the bottom and press the button to submit your choices. The list will be updated manually on a daily basis.

Guidelines

• CONFIRMED CREW ASSIGNMENTS ARE LISTED IN GREEN
• TENTATIVE CREW ASSIGNMENTS ARE LISTED IN RED
• CHECK BACK AFTER THE ENTRY DEADLINE (Friday, 22 October 2010) FOR CONFIRMATIONS OF EQUIPMENT.
• Only one representative (captain or coach) from each crew or program should request assignments. Crews should nominate a captain prior to requesting equipment.
• Consult the existing assignment matrix below to avoid submitting a conflicting request. Sometimes a compromise with an existing crew is possible.
• Make every effort to request equipment that best fits your crew's size and skill level.
• Equipment is scarce and ARC crews are given priority in boat assignments, followed by composite crews with ARC members, followed by non-ARC crews.
• Equipment assignments favor organized programs and consistent, complete crews which regularly practice their lineups in the equipment requested.
• No equipment requests submitted earlier than the first day of registration for the regatta will be honored.
• For individuals and crews who are not members of Austin Rowing Club, rental fees for boats are $20 per seat per race, coxswains excluded. A fee cap of $200 per club for equipment rentals is offered to provide incentives for prospective renters to maximize their entries. Examples: eights are $160 per race, quads are $80 per race, singles are $20 per race. Composite boats composed of at least 50% ARC members, coxswains excluded, shall be exempt from rental fees.
